Core Features

Real-Time Clock (RTC)

Ktronics provides precise scheduling for motor operation equipped with a built-in RTC. This controller allows users to select up to 16 ON/OFF cycles per day.

Motor Protection System

Our product safeguards the motor against overload, dry run, and single-phase requirements, controlling potential damage and ensuring longevity.

Automatic Motor Operation

It automatically starts the motor, shows the preset real-time schedules, and stops when the tank is full or after the set off time, whichever happens first.

Existing Monitoring & Security

The regular monitor monitors the current drawn by the motor. It allows users to adjust low and high current settings to stop damage. The system turns off the motor in case of overcurrent, undercurrent (dry run), or phase loss.

Tripping Alerts

The display shows the reason for motor shutdown along with the tripping current, helping in quick diagnostics.

Off Timer

Includes an off timer that switches off the engine after a defined amount of time, saving energy and stopping overflows.

Sensors

The additional sensors can be linked to overhead or underground tanks to automatically turn off the motor when the tank is full.

Flexible Sensor Connectivity

Our product supports both wired local sensors and remote sensors linked via a cloud server, making it ideal for tanks found far from the motor

Installation & Compatibility

The DWLC-WiFi CYC is designed to be connected to current motor starters. It permits the motor load to pass via the provided current transformer (CT) for precise current sensing. This setup certifies complete monitoring and safety of the motor.
